  • Four Nights in the Beautiful City of Barcelona

As all of my readers know, me and Fiancée went to Barcelona last week, from Wednesday the 24th to Sunday the 28th. This is just a quick post to share a few of my favorite shots from the trip, which will hopefully serve as a little bit of inspiration for you guys and girls!

  • Inspirational Lego Artwork, Sculptures and Typography

Lego is over 50 years old, and is still one of the most-selling “toys” on the market. Although typically categorized as a toy, it can be used for loads of things; artwork, sculpturing, typography and even for building furniture! • Design Trends Used In Action Movie Posters from 1960-2010

Movie posters are one of my favourite sources of inspiration, and I love to look at how they have developed over the decades. For that reason, I have rounded up a magnificent collection of colorful cityscape photographs of the 24/7 city itself, New York City.

  • The Use of Animals in Modern Brand Identities

In the modern world company start-ups are increasing by the thousands every year – this means more names, more logos, and less unique ideas. However, with the digital design technology growing faster than ever, we have the opportunity to explore new areas, learn new tools and ultimately have new ideas which we know are actually possible within a reasonable amount of time (and cost for the client).

The use of animals in modern corporate image design is increasing, and surely this can only be a good thing, especially if the designs are all as good as the 78 brilliant and excellently composed animal logos showcased in this article.
