Become an Author

I’m always on the lookout for talented designers and authors to contribute to Circlebox Blog. If you have skills in design, art, web development or photography then it’s probably you we’re looking for.

What can you write about?

You probably know the types of articles that are posted here at CB Blog, but in case you’re not too familiar these are the categories we’re looking for:

• Articles related to design, photography and web/blogging.
• Showcases & Round-Ups offering great inspiration.
• Resources & Freebies including templates, themes, icons, vectors and brushes.
• Tutorials: Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign and Web Development.

So what do you get?

Whilst Circlebox Blog is still growing, unfortunately I can’t offer too much. However, in the future, or for some specific posts such as high-quality and in-depth tutorials, I may be able to offer a small PayPal payment to say thanks! Every author will receive the following:

• A short bio on every published tutorial.
• A URL and Twitter URL on every published article.
• After one post, you will receive a permanent author page, such as this.
• After five posts, you will permanently appear on the authors page, with a link to your individual page.

Where do you go from here?

Getting the ball rolling is simple; just drop me a line with your name, a link to at least three of your most recent or best live articles, and three article ideas that you would like to post on Circlebox Blog.

We can then have a friendly chat about your ideas and come to some sort of agreement. I will then send you a dummy template so you can get to work on producing your piece of expertise.
