I love lights, and find myself being inspired by them on a regular basis. The use of lighting effects, especially ‘bokeh’, in both print and web design is an ever-growing trend that none of us can see going anywhere any time soon. For that reason, I have rounded up a magnificent collection of colorful cityscape photographs of the 24/7 city itself, New York City.
One thing that inspired me to make this showcase is the great song by Jay-Z and Alicia Keys called “Empire State of Mind” – I’ve embedded the official video from YouTube below so feel free to give it a listen whilst browsing the incredible shots below. Truly amazing photography of a fantastic city! I really want to visit NYC – the lights alone are really impressive. The lights look similar to when I visited Tokyo a year or two ago. Very nice collection, Callum.
